John Downton Awards - Artwork Shortlisted!
BackA huge congratulations to all 17 of our students, from Year 10 to Year 13, for having their artwork shortlisted for this year's John Downton Awards, taking place in December at County Hall, Maidstone. Well done!
The John Downton Award for Young Artists is an annual exhibition which encourages and celebrates the creativity of Kent's young artists. It is open to students aged 11 to 18 from schools and colleges across Kent.
The exhibition commemorates the life and work of John Downton, the celebrated Kent artist, poet and philosopher.
Well done to you all and many thanks to all of you who entered.
