At school students are equipped with the knowledge and abilities to analyse business environments, develop entrepreneurial mindsets and make informed decisions in the context of contemporary business challenges. Through practical activities, students learn to apply their skills to create and evaluate business ideas, develop business plans and understand the risks and rewards of creative and innovative ideas.

Students develop business acumen by studying real-world case studies, analysing business strategies, and engaging with current business events. Students gain a holistic understanding of the key principles and practices that drive successful businesses and learn to understand financial statements, interpret financial data, analyse financial performance, and make sound financial decisions.

We instil ethical values and a sense of social responsibility in our business students. By integrating these considerations into business decision-making, students will develop a strong sense of integrity, responsibility, and ethical leadership, ensuring they contribute positively to society as future business professionals. Many of our students pursue degrees and careers where effective communication, collaboration, teamwork and negotiation skills are used to work effectively in diverse business environments.
